We strive to create a peaceful sanctuary where each client can find balance. Our mission is to help others become more in touch with their body awareness by awakening and balancing Mind, Body and Spirit.
We also believe that educating our clients is a very important part of their treatment. Poor breathing habits make it more difficult to cope with stressful situations that contribute to anxiety, muscle tension, headaches and fatigue. Breathing awareness and good breathing habits will enhance your all over balance and well being within everyday life. We believe that Yoga and Meditation are wonderful ways to help your breathing habits improve and grow.
Giving our clients a visual image, showing them a photo of a certain muscle, explaining why we worked it or suggesting a simple stretch that may be helpful to their healing are ways we educate our clients. All of our training is used in every bodywork session depending on your individual and specific needs.
